Cultured&Co is a membership learning and equity community designed for people who want to grow, contribute, and create meaningful impact. We offer industry-agnostic workshops, lectures, and courses that build practical skills in money, entrepreneurship, leadership, technology, creativity, wellbeing, and community.
But we go further than traditional learning. At Cultured&Co, members also earn recognition and equity through participation so when the community grows, they share in the value they help create. This is a space for Explorers, Builders, and Legacy Leaders individuals committed to personal growth, collaboration, and building enduring impact for themselves and their communities.
Why We Exist
Too often, talented people are shut out of the opportunities they deserve. Without access to mentors, financial education, or supportive networks, building wealth and creating impact can feel out of reach.
Cultured&Co exists to remove those barriers. We unite Explorers, Builders, and Legacy Leaders people at every stage of their journey into one community where ideas turn into action.

As the founder of Cultured&Co, he's leading a movement that blends personal development, entrepreneurship, and ownership to create a new model of shared success.
Community
Every member belongs to a supportive network. Through events, our online Slack community, and peer-to-peer collaboration, members share knowledge, connect with mentors, and form partnerships.
Equity & Ownership
Our model rewards loyalty and contribution:
- Builders and Legacy Leaders who commit for 24 months gain shares through our Membership Equity Pool.
- Members share in dividends (capped at 30%) and track their growth through a digital equity dashboard.
- 20% of all profits are allocated to The Cultured&Co Trust, which funds community projects, grants, and innovation.

20% of profits are invested directly into The Cultured&Co Trust, providing grants (£300–£10,000) to fuel innovation, entrepreneurship, and community initiatives.
Dividends are distributed fairly to long-term members, ensuring that success is shared, not hoarded.
Our events and programs are co-created with our community, ensuring that the people we serve shape the services we deliver.
