We provide workshops, lectures, and courses in money, leadership, creativity, technology, wellbeing, and more — while also giving eligible members the opportunity to earn Ownership Points and dividends through active engagement and commitment.

No. Cultured&Co is industry-inclusive. Our programs focus on transferable skills valuable across all careers, businesses, and communities.
Explorers access workshops, lectures, and community spaces to build confidence and skills. Builders get everything in Explorer plus eligibility to earn Ownership Points, join co-creation labs, and access advanced learning. Legacies receive everything in Builder plus greater Ownership Point opportunities, exclusive leadership sessions, and influence over Cultured&Co's direction.
Yes. You can upgrade from Explorer → Builder or Builder → Legacy at any time. Your billing will adjust accordingly. (Please note: a scheduled appointment is required for Builders applying to Legacy membership.)
Yes. Memberships can be paused or cancelled, but Ownership Point eligibility requires continuous active membership for 24 months.
Builders and Legacies can earn Ownership Points after 24 months of continuous active membership. Points are awarded based on engagement — including workshops, events, referrals, and contributions. Each member can earn up to the equivalent of 0.5% value participation in Ownership Points.
No. Explorers focus on learning and community building. However, they can upgrade to Builder or Legacy to become eligible.
Dividends are distributed annually as reward payouts tied to Ownership Points. The total dividend pool is capped at up to 25% of company profits (if profits exceed £1 million). Your individual payout depends on the number of Ownership Points you've earned.
If you leave after earning Ownership Points, you retain your participation record, but dividend eligibility is reduced unless you remain engaged with the community.
